The second Banque de France/Sciences Po Research Seminar "Banks and the Financial System: what regulation?" of the academic year 2019-20 will host Ron ANDERSON (Emeritus Professor of Finance at the LSE) on the theme:

Assessing China's Debt Overhang: Risks and Policy Responses

Clément MARSILLI (Economist Researcher in the International Macroeconomics Division (DGEI DERIE SEMSI), Banque de France) will give his view on the subject. 

Banque de France / Sciences Po Research Seminars discuss issues on banking, financial systems and financial regulation. The objective is to confront the approaches and ideas of academics and practitioners.
