The third Banque de France/Sciences Po Research Seminar "Banks and the Financial System: what regulation?" of the academic year 2019-20 will host Denis GROMB (Professor of Finance, HEC Paris) on the theme:

Financial Restructuring and Bank Resolution

Banque de France / Sciences Po Research Seminars discuss issues on banking, financial systems and financial regulation. The objective is to confront the approaches and ideas of academics and practitioners.

Frederic VISNOVSKY (Deputy Head of the French Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, and National Credit mediator) will give his views on the subject.
