PEPES Seminar: Toman BARSBAI (University of Saint Andrews / Kiel Institute)

Toman BARSBAI is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Saint Andrews and Research Fellow at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy.

His research interests are in development economics, political economy, and behavioral economics with a focus on topics related to international migration and socio-economic preferences.
