*UPDATED* Departmental Seminar: Marco BATTAGLINI (Cornell)

Marco BATTAGLINI is Edward Meyer Professor of Economics at Cornell University. Prior to joining Cornell, ha was Proessor at Princeton. He is an Elected Fellow for the Econometric Society since 2014 and, this year, he became an Elected Fellow of the Society for the Advancement of Economic Theory. He is also the Editor of Games and Economic Behavior and was an Associate Editor for ten years of Econometrica.  In 2009, he was awarded the prestigious Carlo Alberto Medal, awarded to an Italian economist under the age of 40 for outstanding research contributions to the field of economics. 

His research focuses on economic theory, game theory, contract theory, political economy and laboratory experiments.
